Went to get a 50 or 55 point inspection. Took 2.5 hours and all I got was a third person perspective with a service rep telling me what parts needed to be purchased / installed and the cost. It also seemed like the rep was guessing what was wrong with the parts on my vehicle (ie. could I just tighten them myself at home or is it totally rusted). I didn’t get to talk to the mechanic to get an overall diagnosis or how urgent each part was. I also had to go back in to get the complete checklist, which the mechanic filled out in a back room on the spot referencing whatever he had written on the quote as needing fixed immediately, even though there was a check mark option that said could be fixed in near future. Obviously he wasn’t following Toyota protocol, so I’m not totally sure everything was actually checked, and if everything actually needed to be fixed immediately or to be fixed in near future. I find this unprofessional and overall a very bad experience.

I purchased my Fj Cruiser from them. Generally I can say I am very satisfied with the whole experience. Everyone was very professional and respectful. I got the vehicle and found out some issues and the service department booked me in a very timely manner and fixed all the major issues. Special thanks to Francois at the service department. He is amazing. The only reason I do not give 5 start is because when I checked the vehicle first, the back-up camera was working fine. The day I received the vehicle (the license plate was installed at the same day), I noticed that the back-up camera does not work. They claimed that since this was an after-market camera, that's not their responsibility. However I received the vehicle with an issue that was not existent when I first checked the vehicle and it was one of the criteria for me deciding to purchase the vehicle. I had to spend 250 out of my pocket to fix that. It was shown to me that the wiring behind the license plate was damaged when the license plate was installed by them. I believe they could deal with this issue way better.

I had great experience with Buckingham Toyota recently. A sales manager I worked with - Cedric has been nothing but amazing to deal with. He was considerate of my needs, there were no surprises unlike those in some other dealerships I've been to. I really liked transparency. Everything from the vehicle price to trade-in values has been clearly explained and articulated to me. I really enjoyed such high level of customer service.

Michel Ramirez was very knowledgeable, super-friendly and responsive to our many emails/calls with impeccable tact and kindness that go above and beyond what is ordinarily expected from today's vehicle scarcity environment where dealers have no shortage of customers. He is clearly passionate about his work as he genuinely took his time to listen to our needs and worked within our budget to help find the perfect car we were after. He is straightforward with transparent prices that employ no gimmicky tactics. What is even more remarkable is long after the car was sold and driven off the lot, he still checks in with us to offer tips and tricks on how to make the most out of our electric car and seeing if we have any questions about features or capabilities of the car. This alone speaks volumes on how this dealer cares for and looks after its customers. While Michel had a central part in making this experience joyfully pleasant, we believe it is not just him that makes this entity such an outstanding business. Everyone that we encountered there appeared to be helpful, kind and polite — leaving us with an impression that we were more than just a number where they could make a quick profit off of and then swiftly promptly avoid you for post-sale care after the deal was closed. To us, these are signs that point to a commitment on the part of this business to treating its customers right and providing all with an exceptional experience. Overall, everything went smoothly, simply and easily. We couldn’t more highly recommend Michel and this dealership to perspective buyers in the Outaouais. If you are in the market for a Toyota, give them a call. They certainly exceeded our expectations and here is to hoping that they will knock your socks off too!

I had to bring my car for a few recalls to be fixed. My experience on the phone was pleasant. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning, got offered a shuttle service home with no hassle. All the staff I dealt with was courteous and friendly. I got a call to pickup my vehicle, same friendly service, all was done and nothing offsetting. I will definitely go back to this dealership for repairs and I might also give their showroom a try to see if the service is as amazing as the repair side. I definitely recommend this location. A++
